R&B Longhorns History

R & B Longhorns, owned by Roy and Beth Landers, is located in the heart of Southern Illinois just 76 miles east of St. Louis and 19 miles north of the I-57/I-64 split. The Landers have been fortunate enough to live on the farm and able to care for their animals every day. After a long hard day, the true reward is being able to drive out in the pasture and watch the progress of the herd grow. Their love has always been for mules, horses and varies other animals and is blessed to add Longhorns to the farm.

In October 2018, the Iron Saddle Feed Store opened. Animal nutrition is very important and often overlooked. They are breeding and growing quality herd to provide quality longhorn meat to the area.
