Wedding Vendor Application – FAQ

No. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed, and a limited number of vendors are selected within each category to ensure quality, consistency, and an exceptional experience for our couples.

Vendors are selected based on experience, quality of example work provided, client reviews and reputation, willingness to financially partner with the venue, and availability to adequately serve wedding clients. Selection is made at the sole discretion of The Satin Spur.

There is no set number of vendors selected per category. Available spots are limited, and the number of approved vendors may vary by category based on what The Satin Spur believes best serves wedding clients.

No. While approved vendors may be promoted and showcased to wedding clients, booking decisions are made by the couple. The Satin Spur does not guarantee any number of bookings.

This will be a mutually agreed-upon process coordinated between The Satin Spur and the vendor. Both parties will determine who is best positioned to contract with the couple and collect payment in order to provide a smooth, seamless experience for the client.

Couples may choose to work with vendors outside of The Satin Spur preferred vendor network; however, an additional fee will apply to support vendor partners and maintain a consistent experience.

Vendors submit a proposed commission percentage as a finder’s fee. Submissions are reviewed, and a consistent commission rate may be established by vendor category. Final commission rates must be mutually agreed upon prior to participation.

If the vendor invoices the client directly, the vendor must submit a copy of the client’s paid invoice along with the corresponding commission payment based on the agreed-upon percentage. If The Satin Spur invoices the client, the vendor will provide the venue with the invoiced total, and The Satin Spur will remit payment to the vendor minus any mutually agreed-upon commission.

Yes. Vendors are required to reapply and renegotiate commission terms annually.

Vendor approval is valid through the 2026 calendar year. The Satin Spur reserves the right to remove any vendor from the program at any time.

Approved vendors may be promoted online and through electronic or physical portfolios during the booking process. Final selections are subject to vendor availability.

No. All food and beverage services for weddings are provided exclusively in-house by The Iron Saddle Grill and Tap House. Other food and beverage arrangements are handled separately and are not part of this application.
